What we collect
When you join our waitlist, through our website or a Facebook/Instagram form, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We also record your approximate location (country and city, based on your IP address) and how many friends you refer.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to:
send you updates about the Osigo Shift Sling and our Kickstarter launch
reserve your Early Bird price
track referrals and deliver referral rewards
We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who helps us
We use trusted services to run the waitlist: Prefinery (waitlist and emails), Meta (Facebook/Instagram forms and ads), Squarespace (website) and Google Workspace (email). Some of these may store data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by EU law.
Cookies and ads
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads work.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after our Kickstarter campaign ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to hello@osigopacks.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
